CRRC and Energy Star listed.

Acry-Tek 5000 acrylic

Acry-Tek 5000 is a high-hide, high-body, low-viscosity, 50% solids polymer emulsion, based on pure elastomeric acrylic resins for spray, brush or roller applications.  Acry-Tek 5000 is designed to provide a long-lasting, trouble-free system for the renewal and maintenance of many types of roofs.  Offers excellent adhesion to properly prepared EPDM systems.  Acts as a barrier to ultraviolet light, which prevents degradation of the roofing substrate.  Standard colors: white and light grey. CRRC listed.

Acry-Tek 9000 acrylic

Acry-Tek 9000 is a high-performance, high-tensile aliphatic acrylic designed for metal roof systems, and as a finish coat for built-up and single-ply restorations when ENERGY STAR® (white) ratings are required.  Acry-Tek 9000 has the advantage of high tensile strength and elongation, but the application ease of a water-based acrylic with excellent UV stability and hide.  The Acry-Tek 9000 system is generally installed in a single coat application.  Standard colors: white and light grey. Dade Co., UL, CRRC, D6083 listed.

POLYUREA

Silver-Bullet® polyurea

Silver-Bullet is a plural-component, one-to-one by volume, 96% solids, “instant set” hybrid coating using polyurea-urethane chemistry.  This material bonds well to most clean substrates, but is primarily recommended for waterproofing metal and polyurethane foam surfaces. Standard color: aluminum    UL listed.

SILICONES

Poly-Sil 2200 silicone

Poly-Sil 2200 series silicone is a single-component, moisture-cure elastomeric that has superior weathering wherever it if used.  It can be used on most properly prepared surfaces.  Poly-Sil 2200 silicone is an excellent re-coat material for use over spray foam roofs that were previously coated.  Roofing granules can be added for abrasion and bird protection.  Standard colors: white, light grey and dark grey. Energy Star, Dade Co, UL, CRRC, D6694-01 listed

URETHANES

Ure-Tek 5771 urethane

Ure-Tek 5771 is a single-component, high solids, aluminized moisture-cured product that is moderately thixotropic and has good tensile strength.  It adheres well to most surfaces, including polyurethane foam.  Ure-Tek 5771 combines excellent salt, acid and solvent resistance, with excellent hydrolytic stability to 160 degrees F.  Works well as a touch-up material for Silver-Bullet® repairs.  Supplied in aluminum.

Ure-Tek 6000 urethane base coat

Ure-Tek 6000 a hydrocarbon extended urethane typically used below grade or in gutters and planters.  It can also be used as a base coat under urethanes when applied over single-ply membranes. (Except EPDM - Ure-Tek 6000 may swell EPDM.)  Ure-Tek 6000 is an all-purpose repair material for use on modified and built-up.  Supplied in black.            UL listed.

Aluma-Tek 6300-F

Aluma-Tek 6300-F Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating consists of high quality oxidized cutback asphalt, NON-asbestos fiber fillers and premium quality aluminum pigments which flake and float to the surface upon application. This product is designed to perform as a polymer coating that has good adhesion to a variety of clean surfaces, is resistant to ponding water and ultraviolet rays and exhibits high physical properties and excellent expansion / contraction capability to achieve long-term performance.  Recommended for use over metal, asphalt roofs and Modified Bitumen Membrane.

  SEALANTS & CAULKS

Seal-Tek 800 aliphatic caulk

Seal-Tek 800 is a water-based caulk, suitable for vertical joints on metal roofs.  Seal-Tek 800 is packaged in 5-gallon pails, for power or manual caulking.  It is designed to lower labor costs in metal roof joint details due to the efficient application method.  Seal-Tek 800 can be pumped right into the joint to lower waste.  The caulk is UV stable and can stand-alone for long-term watertight warranties.  Supplied in white and light grey.

Mas-Tek 6000M urethane mastic

Mas-Tek 6000M is a pre-mixed, pre-packaged, maintenance-grade, fibered urethane mastic.  It can be used in place of the field mixed mastic (Ure-Tek 6000 and MF20/20.)  Mas-Tek 6000M can be used to flash weathered but solid flashings, round projections, machine legs, sign posts, guide wire straps, inside and outside corners, and all termination points.  The mastic mixture may also be used to create cants and as a joint filler.  Supplied in black.

PRIMERS

Prime-Tek 600-C primer / clear coat

Prime-Tek 600-C is a heavy-bodied, translucent coating / primer, for use in waterproofing industrial glass transit and skylights.  Prime-Tek 600-C is sprayed or rolled onto joints and worked in with a brush in 2 passes.  Prime-Tek 600-C dries to a transparent, milky-white color to allow light to enter.  It is not designed for fancy architectural windows.

Prime-Tek 7500 acrylic primer

Prime-Tek 7500 is a single-component, water-based, fast-drying acrylic that comes ready-to-use.  It provides outstanding adhesion, excellent flexibility and toughness to a variety of substrates.  Recommended uses:  BUR, wood, metal, concrete, polyurethane foam and masonry.  Supplied in translucent black.

Prime-Tek 11 epoxy primer

Prime-Tek 11 is a two-component, water-based epoxy primer that is a multipurpose, easy-to-use material that adheres well to most metals, organic polymers, wood, masonry and vitreous surfaces.  Meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact.

Prime-Tek 7073 urethane primer

Prime-Tek 7073 is a faster drying version of the Prime-Tek 7071 without the silver pigment, which allows for faster priming of various surfaces.  Use on single-ply membranes (except CPA or CPE.)  Prime-Tek 7073 greatly enhances adhesion of Poly-Sil 2200 to most surfaces.  Supplied translucent Blue.  Note: Must be coated within 4 hours.

ADDITIVES / FABRICS / CLEANERS

MF 20/20 micro-fiber filler

MF20/20 is a micro-fiber additive with microscopic Velcro-like hooks that increase the tensile strength of any material it is mixed with.  MF20/20 is unique in that it can thicken the material but remain easy to apply.  Different amounts of the material will yield different viscosities that can be spray, brush or trowel applied.

CG2100 ceramic filler

CG2100 is a micro-ceramic additive that fills the coating with a minimal affect on viscosity to reduce costs.  Suitable for machining curbs, pitch posts, rough areas, and low spots.  Generally used at a 2:1 ratio of urethane to filler, and in other products at a 4:1 ratio of coating to filler.  Also adds UV stability and tensile strength.

Prep-Tek 500 EPDM cleaner

Prep-Tek 500 is a highly concentrated, low-sudsing, biodegradable cleaning solution designed to clean and prep EPDM and certain other surfaces for coatings applications.

SF200 stitch-bond fabric

SF200 is a stitch bond polyester fabric for use with the Roof-Tek  roofing and waterproofing systems. SF200 is used to increase tensile and add strength to moving joints, seams and flashings.

HP404 cleaner / degreaser

HP404 is a highly concentrated, low-sudsing, biodegradable cleaning solution designed to remove grease and dirt from roofs prior to primer / coating application.  HP404 is designed to be broom-scrubbed on the roof, and power-washed off, to clean the roof and allow for the greatest possible adhesion to the substrate.
