Metal roofs are lightweight and durable but have an Achilles heal—seams and fasteners.  Leaks can develop at the seams due to structural shifts, poor joints, rust and corrosion, or failing fasteners.

A fast effective application to eliminate leaks using high quality coating material supported by on-site technical supervision.  It is cost effective and easily maintained allowing existing roofs to be renewed rather than torn off.

The process:

• Surface preparation—Remove loose rust and paint.
• Prime—Roof-Tek® rust inhibiting primers are applied to the entire deck surface.
• Sealant—Miscellaneous openings and roof penetrations are sealed.  All seams are sealed.
• Seal—Roof is spray sealed with multiple coast of durable, lightweight coatings such as:  silicone, acrylic, urethane or polyureas.  Special colors can be provided upon request.
